We are an audit firm, established in 2009, which specializes exclusively in auditing Sectional Title, Home and Property Owners Associations and Retirement schemes. As specialists to this industry, we have implemented policies and procedures and audit systems which ensure that we conduct your audit not only in terms of applicable International and South African auditing standards, but also in terms of the requirements of the Sectional Titles Act or applicable legislation.

Our Promise

We understand the aspects that are important to the users of the financial statements, and with our audit report, they have their needs met with more in-depth and detailed reporting. These include ensuring that the financial statements are drafted by an independent compiler from books of account which have been prepared in accordance with the management rules governing the scheme, paying particular attention to the levy contributions. Furthermore, we ensure that aspects such as debtors’ and creditors’ ageing is disclosed, that the insurance period is properly detailed and that the confirmation, or otherwise, of any changes to the management and conduct rules is given.

Our History

We have, over the past 5 years, developed a wide-ranging client base ranging from self-managed schemes to small and large property administration companies. These include clients from complexes with 2 or more units to golf estates with in excess of 400 units. These clients have stayed with us and we are into our 6th audit year with our original clients.
